This month we are talking a lot about “RESPONSIBILITY” at OCS. The crew in 4M has figured how they will be responsible in the upcoming new year (which is approaching very quickly!) in their homes, school and community. Everyone has some really great ideas about how they will be more responsible and the steps that they will take to accomplish that goal. Also, every morning, a student wraps up the morning announcement with one of the ways that they will be responsible and why it is important. The two ladies that have gone so far have done a fantastic job! Everyone will have the opportunity to address the whole school in the morning.

Also, in Language Arts we are finishing our friendly letters to send to Major Grosvenor, a physician’s assistant that has been assigned to Afghanistan to take care of our soldiers. We will be sending out the letters this weekend. If you would like to send a pack of candy/gum that would be great! Letters have been sent home today with more details.

On to the homework….
